Ouroboros Mission not reporting Completed in Ouro

I've run into a couple of missions that won't mark completed no matter how many times or under what conditions that I complete them. The missions run just fine and I'm able to complete them; they just don't mark as complete via Ouroboros flashback menu. In the grand scheme of things I know this isn't a huge deal, it just bothers me on a completionism level.

I was wondering if maybe anyone was able to resolve this issue, or maybe get the word out there as something to be potentially looked at. I realize that we're playing on a game that is essentially second hand homework, but maybe there's hope we could iron out bugs like this. 

One that I've come across recently is a 35-39 Mission called "They Call me the Doctor."
