Camera Jitter

I am having an issue where my camera is lagging to the point of unplayable. I am not referring to the in-game camera shake function.  This is more like a sync issue. 

 

This has happened to me once before and another player told me to type in two different "/" commands, and it cleared right up.  For the life of me I cannot remember what those commands were. 

 

Does anyone here know those commands or maybe a solution to my problem.  I HAVE CRIME TO FIGHT!!!

 A reinstall fixed the issue.
