Savage Assault stopped showing status icons (edit: and other icons)

This seems like a minor bug, but I can't tell whether its having a gameplay effect or not.

I've been playing a Dark/Savage Dominator, and I'm now in the 40s, but the power status indicators under my health bar for Blood Frenzy and Exhausted have just stopped showing up.

It seems like the gameplay effects are still happening, but I can't be sure: The powers that use up blood frenzy will still glow orange after a few attacks and the word "Exhuasted" still pops up over my character in the middle of the screen when I use them.

Minor update, it's not just savage assault. The double xp buff isnt showing an icon either. Don't know what else might be missing.
