Name release policy and server rollbacks

I have noticed that some of my characters that were marked as being subject to name release policy (i.e. having red triangles with an exclamation mark next to their names in the character roster) that I did log into very recently (past 30 days give or take) and are above level 5 are still affected. I suspect the recent server rollbacks are to blame for this. I did change their names in the time frame mentioned, which may be a factor.
