Incarnate Thread Upgrade Menu gone

I assume this is a bug since I couldn't in the patch notes, but I may have missed it or it was undocumented.

 

On live, the Powers->Incarnate Abilities->Convert tab->Incarnate Thread menu allows conversions to Rare and Very Rare. These are not available on Brainstorm currently:

I use that feature frequently and hope it remains. Incarnate salvage is not tradable so unneeded rares/uncommons are literally worthless. So, buying a VR for 100M inf vs grinding for a drop or using account-tradeable Emperians is desirable on my characters that just need a VR to build a new Incarnate power in a hurry for a 4* run.

If it was intentional, my only guess is that it was confusing newer players thinking that was the only way to build them. I believe removing already built and existing options for players should face a pretty high standard and this does not meet that standard. Perhaps some other method can be used to note that this is likely not the best option for some players without removing useful functionality for others. Possibly adding text at the top of the conversion screen for those OR (I hate to say it given the current state of our options window) an option to hide the Rare and VR menu that defaults to on.
