Influence Bug in AE Farms?

I have something really strange that I can't figure out. I have 2 farmers, both level 50, both with all 6 incarnates at T4, both running the same difficulty (+5/8 with AVs) and both running the exact same farm solo (arc 68404). One is a Rad/Fire brute and the other is a Fire/Fire brute.  The Rad/Fire clears the map and makes a little over 9 million. The Fire/Fire clears the same map and only gets around 5 million. So the Rad/Fire is getting just under double the influence as the Fire/Fire. I've tried testing it with different difficulties and no matter what setting I use on both of them, the Rad/Fire always almost double the Fire/Fire. Is my Fire/Fire just broken or is there a bug or am I just overlooking something?  I guess my next step could be to create a new Fire/Fire and see if it gets the same results but not thrilled with that idea.  Any ideas?
