13th Stranger Posted July 18, 2019 Posted July 18, 2019 In the Stalker version of Fire Armor there is a power called Cauterizing Blaze. It is suppose to be a minor HOT (Heal Over Time). I just got it last night and when I activate it the graphic shows, and it takes the endurance that is used for the toggle, but the HOT does not go off at all. Anyone know if this is a known issue, or is there a trick to it?
