[SOLVED] My menu drop down won't stay open

When I click on it sometimes it closes instantly, other times it will stay for a second then close. I went as far as resetting my computer and that did not solve this issue.

 

Edit: It's also happening with the right click menu on enhancements, tabs, powers, etc

 

Edit: The controller I have plugged in was a little off it's deadzone so it was triggering some kind of movement that caused the menu to close
