Base Lighting

I have a hybrid base that is both indoor and outdoor. And the choices (thank you that I have a choice at all!) are limiting. Either my outdoor areas are too dark, or my indoor areas are oddly lit based on a time of day that you can never see. There also are no good options when it comes to lamps that actually emit light. The ones that do emit only have a radius of about 5-10 feet. 

 

So, if it could be possible, I would like to request an invisible, tintable lightbulb "lamp" that has a large radius for lighting atypical areas. Similiar to the lighting that is built into the rooms already but freely placeable so if one has an outdoor area or arena, that it can be "lit"
