So I nearly wept I was so happy to step back into Paragon City this morning. I was wondering if I could get some help regarding playing the game though, as it's been so long I'm having trouble navigating the game

 

1. Is there a way to rotate my camera to see my character in game? I thought it was just holding the left mouse button but that doesn't seem to work

 

2. Where/how do I pickup quests and the such? I started in the Praetorian section so I could make a hero-brute but I can't find any quests to do

Yeah I thought that also but turns out I had to click the wheel down. Also you can make a brute and pick hero when you are done so you can jump in those sewers :)
