Account creation

I was referred by a friend to the game so I looked it up and went to the account creation page but after filling out the requested information and submitted information nothing happened, I did not know I had to make a account via the forms page till my friend told me a week later. 

But what I wanted to suggest a note to let new members know or a popup that has that information. Thank you kindly in advance see you in game.
