I did that. I did that from the beginning. It does not work. I have also tried changing the options.txt with the result of no change to ingame chat bubble color.

It seems that my chat bubbles have been reset to black text on a white background. All I use is the options menu for changing chat bubble color. I have no marcos or binds or scripts. No matter what I change the the options to, the color remains black text on a white background.

Normal Thursday maintenance period. It got me a first too. I was in enhancement screen in game and then 'bonk' kicked. Came here and after looking around a bit, there is under General Discussion a pinned red topic called Maintenance Notice.
