So recently made a Water/Fire Blaster and took Hot Feet to try. Now I have Hot Feet on my Controller but that has a mass hold . I find on my blaster Hot Feet tends to make them scatter.

Was wondering if anyone has a good way to counter them running away?

I personally run hotfeet at 6 slots with 1 slow and 5 piece superior avalance with the knockdown proc.

It also has the benefit of melee def for my Son/Fire Blaster

  2. This is my Son/Fire/Fire I use to farm +2/+8 easily and can do +3/+8 comfortably

    40% Melee 28% Range Def

  3. This is the message I get

We were unable to locate the game data files. It is likely that your installation is corrupt and needs to be repaired. The game will now exit.

Uninstalling and reinstalling fixes the issue most of the time

Not sure why this is happening and its a recent issue

    Any help is appreciated!

    Using the new installer.

    Win 10

  4. I run a Son/Fire myself.  However I am more blunt about her attack method.

Toss bonfire then jump in with FSC and Combustion and then Consume slotted for damage if needed.

Hotfeet and Bonfire slotted for KD.

Melee def foremost then Range Def.

  5. I also had a Son/Fire on Live, I have remade her but real life constraints have kept her in the mid 20's.

With minimal IO's I was doing 0/x8 missions, with full sets I ended on 2/x8.

    So Sonic has some potential.

    Plus its fun as hell.

  6. I ran an En/En up to and all the way through the Incarnate trials on live.

Quite possibly my favorite character I've ever built.

I usually focused on single hard targets and barely used my aoe on teams, however now with the KBtoKD IOs I use em all the time since there is no longer an issue.

I agree with Vanden's statement above, /En is great for smashing downed targets and those who manage melee range.

I played on live at +2/x1 - +3/x1 depending on my mood.

I found him extremely easy to solo and duo with my scrapper friend for any really annoying AV's

  7. I enjoy badging myself and I find it so much easier to do at 50.

Plus I enjoy messing around with builds another thing I find easier to do with access to all my powers, etc.

I think it comes down to different people like to play different ways.

Everyone should just enjoy the game the way they want to play.

  8. 41 years old here.

Ultima Online was my first - still have an active account but don't play much at all anymore.

Asheron's call - lasted like 6 months, just didn't care for it.

Shadowbane - like 2 months just wasn't for me.

WoW - played up till like 50 in vanilla and got tired of it.

Star wars galaxies - didn't run well on my 'puter at the time

City of Heroes from day one till it shut down and now I'm back again!  One of my favorite MMO's of all time.

Champions online - was lookin' for the CoH fix but I found it horrible on too many fronts.

DC online - just didn't care for it again.

Star wars the old republic - played for about a year before my interest waned.

Dark age of Camelot - Too much focus on pvp for my tastes at the time.

EQ - didn't like it it at all.

Lotro - played with some friend from UO but it didn't click.

UO and Coh are my all time favorites of the bunch.
