  1. This is what am currently running for Bi form. It's all about AOE and ST proc damage and still needs some tweaking on the defensive end. I personally think Shadow Slip is a must on a WS so you can consistently target cap your mires/Eclipse (I'm currently running a greedy build that uses Fold Space too). I use a single bind which toggles Dwarf, when selected again, it performs a Dwarf mire and reverts to human form. Double-tapping the bind will dwarf mire in about 0.2 seconds.
  2. I have quite a few 50's in COH but I've never made a MM before. I've made a Demon/EA and I have no idea what the late game build should look like. Anyone know of a good build? Money is not a problem.
  3. Proc heavy build with alot of recharge. Tanks +4 with ease, does not run out of end, Massive damage. If you want similar damage output, but with no rage crashing I recommend this Rad/DM proc build. I like both tanks. The main downside of Rad/SS is the rage crash for sure and the Rad/DM has slightly less damage especially if you don't hit enough mobs with Soul Drain. I prefer Rad/DM because rage crash feels pretty bad sometimes.

  5. So Last week I finished off my Dark/Fire proc tanker and I am very satisfied with the results. He is not the tankiest tank but he can solo +4x8 missions with ease. Now I am really looking forward to creating another proc tank. This time I'm going with Ice/Spines because I like the idea of the damage auras and the easy aggro generation. I came up with a build but I'm new to tanks and I'm not quite sure it will be tanky enough (Most of the content I'm planning on doing will be +4 Missions/TF's or incarnate trials) Here are my questions: 1. Is high defense and modest resistance enough for most high level content considering defensive incarnates? 2. I don't think I need Ageless for my Destiny slot so what is better: Rebirth (heal) or Barrier (Def+Res)? 3. How big of a difference would Agility or Cardiac make defensively? Would it be better to go with Musculature for more damage? 4. Energy absorption looks amazing for defense and end management. Would this resolve all endurance issues? 5. Do I need taunt with AoE's flying everywhere?   6. This is my Dark/Fire build. It's actually insane how much ST and AoE damage you can do with procs on the hard hitting abilities. If you're fighting a pack of 54's, most of the time only the bosses remain after your 3 AoE's go off. With 90% res to most damage and a full HP heal every 8 seconds, all 3 of the last abilities in Dark Armor are not at all worth taking IMO.   7. I'm trying to roll my first tanker and I can't seem to find a build that fits my play style so far on this forum. Things I would like: 1. Lots of AoE damage (assuming procs are the best way to achieve this) 2. Good at holding aggro (does not have to be the best) 3. I would prefer animations that are not painfully slow 4. Very tanky I'm thinking Rad/Dark, Ice/??, or Dark/?? I don't care about cost. I've seen plenty of builds but not many proc builds which I'm assuming are the best for damage. I don't know the math on proc builds vs normal builds so if someone could explain to me the pro's and con's of a well made proc build that would be great too.
  8. What do you mean by this? If you don't take your first ability in fire blast you cannot proc offensive opportunity which makes you do more damage while it is up. If you only use the 2nd ability you can only proc defensive which is a very very small heal which you do not need. Wow I did not know that. Ill definitely respec into the first one then.
  9. Yeah, ground zero is about half the damage of inferno but I consider it a "nuke" because of the long cooldown. The defense debuff and heal also make it better than fire sword circle along with its absurdly fast cast time (Pine's is totally wrong on the cast time. It should be 1.18 but Pine's shows 3.17).
  10. I love making AoE focused builds which can solo large groups of mobs quickly. My level 50 toons are: Human form Warshade Spines/Fire brute Rad/Bio scrapper Archery/Ta blaster Fire/Psi dominator Tri Form Peacebringer (probably will respec to human only form) I just unlocked the final incarnate slot of my Fire/Rad sentinel and I would say it is one of the best ATs I've made so far Pros: 1. The epic power pool This is the main reason why this build works so well compared to scrapper/brute -Sentinel's have access to one of the best epic pool selections of any AT because of the AoE immobilize + AoE PBAoE ability (in this case fire cages/firesword circle) 2. Tanking -With the right IO sets this build is very close to my Rad/Bio scrapper in terms of tankiness and we focus alot on recharge to make sure meltdown has a short downtime. -This build has: Softcapped melee defense and 30% S/L defense along with very high resistances (75% res to all damage except ice and psi while meltdown is up) -Built-in mes protection, a heal, an absorption shield, and plenty of regen. 3. AoE Damage! -2 massive damage nukes with a 25 sec CD (ground zero and inferno) -3 short CD AoE's (fireball, fire sword circle, and fire cages) -perma hasten, 174% recharge + Spiritual core paragon 4. Single target -3 short animation moderate-high damage single target abilities which just melt everything. 5. End management -With no incarnates and 7 toggles this build can easily stay at full end while spamming abilities all day (gamma boost and particle shielding are actually insane) Cons: 1. No terrorize or confuse protection (not common forms of CC) 2.   11. Here is the build I have created. I was going for high ranged/smashing/lethal/energy/negative energy defense (all >33%), damage (Musculature alpha incarnate), and recharge (with upshot which has 10 seconds of downtime RoA has a 14 second cd) cold mastery is amazing for tanking as it gives plenty of S/L def with frozen armor, 1847 total HP with Hoarfrost (10 second downtime, probably none if using ageless incarnate ability), and hibernate if you are taking too much damage. If that's not enough survivability the build has 538% regen (41hp/sec)! I assume the IO's will cost about 700 mill inf.   12. I would definitely get fire shield if you are looking for survivability. You can throw on an unbreakable guard IO for some extra HP. I also prefer stealth over hover because you can keep it on all the time. If you need flight just use a temp jetpack from the P2W vendor.
