I voted for make a separate zone for lvl 50 with only the alpha incarnate power activated. Reading everything above it seems that the PvP-community cares very much about having the higher incarnate powers disabled. Hence I do not think it would divide the community because they find it very important. This way there will be the Recluse Victory we know as is and a Recluse Victory for balanced PvP.
