Thanks a ton for the input. I'm comparing the build I posted to the one you posted. You have better defenses, resists, and recharge across the board. It's at about half the regen though. How much do you feel that regen contributes to your viability as a Bio-Armor tanker?

Here is the build I've been working on so far. If anyone wants to have a look and tell me if I'm on the right track, or if I'm missing something crucial, that would be awesome.

Thanks, Xandyr. With so much experience with Bio, how do you feel about it's performance when it comes to Hard Mode content? And do you think that Electric Melee is a suitable secondary for a bio tanker?

Inf definitely isn't an issue. I've just had alot of trouble slotting this guy cuz bio seems to spread it's focus out across so many different aspects of defense. You have actual defense, resists, regen, etc. So I couldn't figure out where to place my focus.
Defenses look pretty good here, but will the S/L defenses under cap, and the slightly lower resists across the board, going to be able to handle more difficult TF content? What about the potential for Hard Mode?

I've been tinkering around on mids and having little luck on finding a build that really looks good to me. Admittedly I'm not terribly good with building tanks in the first place. Does anyone have any good examples of a Bio-Armor/Electric Melee tanker build for general use?

I've been browsing around and perhaps my search-fu is failing me but I'm not seeing any examples. Does anyone have a Spines/Super Reflexes build they wouldn't mind sharing for general content?

So, I've browsed through some options and tried to create my own but I'm missing something here. The divided nature of Bio-armor is throwing me off. Does anyone have an example of a good Bio-Armor / Electric Melee tanker build? Price is no concern. Thanks in advance.

A good point and it gives me alot to think about. Definitely feeling better about the slotting of this toon. Though admittedly a very spread out set like this one, that has decent defense, res, and regen without a specific focus in any of them, is still tough to really rap my head around. I'm more accustomed to sets that focus on hitting defense caps or the like. Or even Invuln, which can basically cap everything. lol
