Some of my favorites from days long ago (not just in game, but in other games both digital and pen & paper).

 

Samooorai - Cow / Katana. I don't know what else needs to be said. Interestingly, someone already had Samoorai. I wonder if I had met them or if it wasn't all that original

 

Lo Ping - Halfling Monk that moved very very fast and couldn't be hit... he also did about as much damage as an ICMP storm.
