I've not played Seismic personally but you can solve the massive KB from Meteor with the KB>KD IO so you don't need to worry about using it while teamed with melees. Fallout and EMP are indeed pretty situational, Fallout moreso than EMP. EMP is a nice panic button but not a big deal to skip.

So I took a crack at it ab initio to see what I could put together.
Pros:
- Squeezed out a bit more recharge
Cons:
- Meme slotting in Boxing and Sleet
- Upon closer look a tiny bit short on range softcap even though I could have sworn they were both over 45% before. Mids or PEBCAK I dunno though likely the latter. If using enh boosters you can get ranged over 45%, though I'm not thrilled about that caveat.
It's definitely not an improvement on the other builds posted here but I thought it's an interesting variant. I have to say I personally don't really like relying on Alpha to hit softcap but for an endgame build I suppose it's not an issue.

Hey all,
Can I get some feedback on my Psi/Shield build? My build-fu is years out of date, I aimed for softcap positionals and as much recharge as I could fit. Goal for the build is strong solo (being able to clear +4/x8) and good team play. I'd really appreciate any and all feedback!

Heya, I've got a question about the Rad/SS build for s/l, (I understand not wanting to share someone else's build, that's fine). But given 130% recharge is that full +rech then, not building for softcap s/l defense? Doesn't that result in getting murked on a farm map? Or do you eat purples the way a Brute would eat reds?
Edit: and which map do you use for s/l if you don't mind 😄
