There are other factors that impact in game economy as well, it's a little more complex than just that, but Im not saying you're both wrong. On live there were a lot more marketeers that intentionally drove prices up. Homecoming put in a lot of ways of preventing that such as converters, merit reward, and the extremely smart move of the salvage dump (If you remember on homecoming release people were driving rare salvage extremely high).

The original idea of this is in good spirit and would 100% make is easier to get into pvp and I know it's been discussed outside of the boards and if it were to be implemented would be done in a way that it had no impact on the non pvper's in the game. So I'm not going to look for debate here, just want to thank the GM's for their countless hours they donate to this community and the active discourse they've had with us.
I'd also like to point out that this thread was necro'd

The game is easy and you can complete any content with almost any team. Team composition can matter or not depending on what your objective is and what challenges you set.
Now let's get back to the much more important topic.

Vince is right, imagine thinking that is the only thing team composition matters for.
The game is easy, far easier to do the old content now with our level shifts and incarnate abilities. However the game can be as difficult as you want it to be. You can set new goals and aspirations. It's like golf, sure we have insane new technology that makes the game easier be it the clubs or balls, but that doesn't mean the masters is easier to win. If your goal is just to get through the content sure comp doesn't matter. But that's very short sighted to say that everyone only plays that way. You can't tell me how to play the game, just like Im not telling you how to play the game.
I'd like to know how many of the people that are offended and outraged in this thread have been turned away from a Warshades Are Trash speed tf run because they were on a warshade. I already know the answer but please come forward. Really no one in this thread has a reason to be offended.

The fact that some people understand this and some refuse to get it even after it's spelled out is a very good example of internet and modern culture. Hell, some people think that their opinion is so important that they have to make a post about giving a +1 influence on the forums. I'm not going to go into the psychology of this...

Alright after talking with the public relations wing of the Warshades are Trash SG I was given permission to release the following statement, it will hopefully clear some things up here:
I was not a member of this SG at the time of posting as I was waiting on my membership fee's to go through.
The inner circle and founding fathers of this quickly growing SG were not members of the private server (if that matters?)
There is an established movement inside of Paragon City Lore wants earth to remain for humans only. This group (WSAT) is somewhere in the middle in that they are okay with Peacebringers, but just really hate warshades.
Everyone is free to play with who they want and what they want. WSAT are inclusive of Heroes, Rouges, Vigilantes, Villains, HUMANS of any race or gender, Peace Bringers, Human Animal Hybrids (only those created in lab accidents though or offspring of such hybridizations ) Bird creatures named Fateswing and Sewer Dwelling Deities.
Dan, I appreciate you posting...gives some clarity...Sadly though, I still think this group is just bad for the gaming community. There are Nazi's in CoH lore, but I sure wouldn't like a SG based on being Nazi's. With all the division in this country (USA), I come to CoH to get away from it, not be reminded of it. I'll just keep ignoring people who espouse this (guess your next), and I'm going to move on in life...

Wow, I actually love the idea behind the group. I love that it weaves in the city of heroes lore that I am a huge fan of! I don't have any Warshades on my account, I'd love to join.
