    Each of these "tutorial" areas consist of at least one badge. I know that its possible to go to Outbreak(Hero) via Ouroboros missions, but is it possible to go to Breakout(Villain)?

    I'm currently collecting badges and came across a few that aren't appearing.

    I may add more to this post because I don't know if these are the only ones.

     

    Location: "Faultline" 

    Issue: Not appearing at all.

    1. Newsman/Newsgirl

    2. Faultless Mystic

    3. Apex
