I'm still surprised to see such an argument over this tbh. There's no doubt that the bases are all great, and most voted honestly. The problem is DawL decided to brag on a public forum that their fanbase voted blindly, without respecting one simple rule. If they really want to support their friend, they can log in, revote, and go to an RP base even though they aren't RPers, apparently.

I was kinda joking in a petty way that people should have to show up in order to vote, but I'm happy to see this idea! Thanks yall for taking the time to do this and listening to the community. 🩷

Sadly agree. The only lesson they're going to learn is to not post about it on a public forum.

The main point of this was there seemed to be a mass voting of people who never even looked at the bases. I'm saying they should at least be required to log in and look at the base they're voting for (and prove it). In a perfect world, we'd be able to send in one vote per IP Address or something, so alts couldn't be used. (Clarifying that I know this wouldn't be a perfect fix, either.)

Apparently we need to do this, and also require a screenshot of your character IN the base you're voting for. Maybe then DawL's followers will be able to form their own opinion.

I guess I should've vote-bombed with all my alt accounts instead of having a sliver of integrity.
