Hi friends -- I had a pretty deep love for ice control back on live. I made an ice/dark controller understanding that my damage is going to be low, but I have a character concept that works. If anyone is feeling charitable, could you share a build suggestion? Anything that would help me maximize the value out of admittedly likely a low-damage pairing. Thanks in advance.
