Twiggies

Hey guys. I love this game, but I'm absolutely awful at making builds. Never have a clue what I'm aiming for and all that. I have a supportive defender as my main, so I want to build a nice defensive tanker next. I chose Electric Armor/Martial Arts as my skills for aesthetic reasons, but that's about where my choices end. I know this is kinda lazy sounding but I was wondering if anyone would help me build something, and or give me pointers on what I should look for in a build. I've been looking at these two builds from the build archive, but I have no idea if one is better than the other or what, or if its outdated or could be better?
