I have a version of this of my own that I was focusing on a leveling guide using the Heroic Merit Missions as the focus (cut-scenes), not general Story missions. There is a path moving Merit to Merit where you don't miss Elite bosses/Archvillains. I was also trying to build a path so that you don't out-level being able to do them and have to go back and do a Flashback later. What you have here is awesome because I have not the concept of the bigger picture and umbrella world story. My path is only complete up to Level 30 if it helps anyone.
