Yeah this happened with me also. But i could hit options.. FORCED to run in non windowed mode now and can NO longer use windows UI scaling. 

Make sure your not using windows UI scaling. they don't work together.

I think this but i feel like there is no point to playing necro then. Imagine bots with this... Yikes. Would rather see some balancing of mercs and beast first.
