Is there any way we can get the weapons we use to show up holstered on our character?

I keep getting an error that says "The game client was unable to connect to the login server. This may be due to a local network issue such as a firewall block, or may be because the login server is down for maintenance." I'm pretty sure the servers aren't down, and I've just made exclusions to the tequila.exe to my firewall and malware bytes but I'm still getting this error. Is there something I'm missing?
