First message:" The code execution cannot proceed because msvcp140.dll was not found.  Reinstalling the program may fix this problem" 

I click ok

Second message " The code execution cannon proceed because vcruntime140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem"

I have tried to get into the 64 bit options since the costume contest about a week ago with no success.  When I attempt to get in i get two messages, each saying I am lacking something ending in .dll it is two different things.  At the end of these messages it suggests that I reinstall the program.  I am sure this is an easy fix but I am not sure what to do, can anyone help please?

I can't get Beta 64 to launch for me, is there something I need in addition to the basic download.  I apologize I know it could be a myriad of problems but if its just a simple fix I'd like to remedy that.
