I did reach out and was told to post here, actually. Unlikely this can be resolved tonight, unfortunately, because it probably requires some architectural changes in the system environment. But I think I could definitely help design and provision what will be necessary to help manage the load... all dependent on costs, of course. This is a challenging effort to do on volunteer work! These guys are doing great with what they have so far, very impressed.
