Does skin have to be greyscale too? E.g. if the costume does not cover the head. -
Trainers can change your title, which The/[none] is a part of, but I'm not sure if you can do that before level 15 (or whatever level it is you get to choose optional adjectives). I might be wrong about the level requirement, but I can't check right now as I'm at work.
