Hi! First of all, thank you for doing all of this! I started playing a Emp/Ice Defender (build in the quoted post), but it has Afterburner listed as a power for lvl 24. Could this build be a victim of a game update? I think I got Afterburner automatically once I picked Flight. If this is the case, could you possibly look at a revamp of this build, or possible another Emp/Ice Blast build? Please and thank you!
