Was just playing about an hour or two ago with no problems. Took my dog for a walk, came back and now it won't start at all. Just a black screen. Any ideas?

Sorry, but I'm not really computer savvy so I'm not understanding what I'm supposed to be doing. When I open Island Rum I can launch City of Heroes but I just get a black screen now. Am I supposed to be downloading something else?
