Honestly the level 10-15 ones are incredibly cheap to make, count as badge progress and can easily tide you over to 23. This would have been way easier with them.

Acrobatics alone is all you need. Heck you dont even need that if you have a spare slot. 99% of the time a single -4 KB enhancer will see you through. You'll occasionally take a KB through that but it'll be rare enough you wont feel you need more.
