So I've built a TW/Regen scrapper, and before you say "go willpower", he's already made and 50, so let's move past that. My purpose is largely to solo. I have no idea how to slot these powers, nor the sets that would go into them. Can you guys help me? If nobody has a TW/regen, I would happily settle for just a decent /regen build and figure TW out separately.
