Slim Fandango

The character was created 2019-09-04, I really can't remember when I transferred him. He started out on Reunion, then moved to Torchbearer.

I have the same issue on one of my characters. Slim Fandango on Torchbearer. Have passport, tried getting all exploration badges in three zones. Can't buy it from P2W. Please advise!

I'm thinking about moving servers to hang out with people I used to play with on live. Is it possible to move tha base as well or would I have to start from scratch?
