I tried re-scan multiple times no luck....my Mac is up to date : Catalina 10.15.7 deleting then gonna try re-install....wish me luck

I am on mac and every time I try to login it says The program cityofheroes.exe has encountered a serious problem and needs to close.

trying to figure out if it downloaded the game files or not.....never had coh on this mac.....can someone please help me with this?

i downloaded island rum no problem. I start it and it downloads all the files and tells me ready to play. I hit the play button and a check mark appears on it and it says starting Homecoming 64 bit then after 30 seconds check mark goes away but nothing happens... I restart it and it does it all over again.... I have downloaded all the files like 5 times already.... Can anyone help me?
