IMO there isnt a best buff set out there tbh.  Every support shines....I just wish Ice defenders could select minimize fx so everyone doesnt look like an ice cube.

 

Don't they?  I saw this in today's patch notes:

 

Cold Domination for Controllers and Masterminds now have a Minimal FX option, just as Defenders and Corruptors do.

[Players who made CoH comic book appearances, where are you now?]

My wife was one of those, her character Graz'zt made it it on the cover with several other people in the same contest.  We do keep the copy of the comic we got, but no clue where to find it in the house after a few moves.  She's doing quite well, but busy enough to not have much time for the game anymore.

 

If anyone does find a scan of the old cover, let me know. I'd love to surprise her with it but my searchfu isn't strong today.

I’m struggling with the same thing for my 1980’s themed hero. The hover board seems to fit a 1980 back to the future vibe, so I may go with that. You’re not alone.

Thank you for making the grind more enjoyable during missions. I was on a Manitcore TF and the discussion of someone’s rp kink of watching a mature lady eating a potato came up.  A slow paused followed, and same hero followed up “tough crowd”. Instead the rest of the team admitted being silent because they were all imagining a mature lady with a potato.

I haven’t seen powerset numbers, but least played are the epic hero and villain classes widows and warshades

Boomtown reconstruction was active on live servers. I can’t recall which issue it was launched, but close to when game was shutdown.  I think about the same time the trailer for City of Hero was released for Asian market. One of the Korean epic AT is appeared in Boomtown about this time.

just do a play on words. Google synonyms of a certain word or common phrases and then let your creative thoughts take over.  I always try to have a name first as it helps with costume theme.

PvP douche move was to stand inside a bus stop booth to where you could tp your enemy in and block him from leaving, pummel him/her mercilessly.

I got called a douche for killing people in pvp zones who said they were only badge hunting. They logged in their assassins and came after me.
