[Horns options for character creation.]

I always thought it would be cool to have tiefling like horns options swept back form the brows or over the top of the head.  Would also be super cool to have the ability to wear horns with masks or other head accessories... even combine two sets of horns.

[Beam Rifle Audio Revamp (Sound mod)]

So I made a near complete overhaul for Beam rifle Sound FX.  (No more Fax Machine of Doom)  It is a work in progress... still need to play with things a bit to tweak timings and make sure things are mostly okay. The sounds folder should be placed in your CoH Directory/Data folder... if you don't have a data folder in the same directory as cityofheroes.exe you can create one and put the sounds folder inside of that.
