Welp, looks like either no one is able or going to answer the simple question about the new powerset
(read: an addition to the abilities that make up the core gameplay of this video game, which is not Civ VI)

You literally have to turn it on. There was an option in the menu where you disabled xp while exemplared to gain double inf, then a second option to disable xp you had to turn on so that you didn't gain xp and kept your patrol xp from depleting. You not only could choose not to do it, you had to choose TO do it.

Yeah, kins are really sought after because capping 8 ppls damage, giving them an extra hasten, super speed, s/l resist, filling their end completely every 6 seconds DOESN'T contribute more than a single dps. Support sets are practically worthless. -

Nope, but you can exploit elements of them that don't work as intended, as this was not intended for people to used to solo farm lvl 49 missions with patrol xp giving a never-depleting bonus so that they can farm influence while not playing with the lower level chars and content (what the exemp system is for) That is 100% an exploit.
Now, seriously I keep addressing you, and you keep replying but not answering my question about Elec affinity. -

Speaking of mechanics, I have a question about Elec affinity, what happens when your chain bonus is higher than the number of targets you have? Does it continue to chain and hit targets again?
Or does the invisible hand say that the supply is greater than the demand driving down the cost of your abilities while the haves and the have nots influence farm farm AE clickbait?-

Just curious, does anyone know how much/how fast the resist scales?
exe: x%resist all at 50% max y% resist all at 25% etc -
Wow! So thankful for all this hard work! I know there was a lot and you have to prioritize your time and that balancing a game with ~ a thousand base powerset/class combinations is a complicated dance (Maybe some of us should try a little more patience) but this was a lot of stuff to get done!
Some people were mentioning increased harassed behavior as of the patch of pineapple, and I'm sure you're hear more about it if it's still happening, but just wanted to say my crew greatly appreciates your responsiveness, speed, and hard work. I have faith any minor inconveniences caused by the balance changes will be ironed out and was surpised that things I mentioned only a day or two before the patch went live got picked up and corrected! Didn't even see that kind of response rate when the original game had a full team!
p.s. "corrected terrible grammar made me laugh" XD-

Thank you for all your hard work! It's already such a wonderful thing you do, but these changes are great!
As a brute main, I really appreciate what this does for tankers! Looking forward to plotting out some new tanker ideas, and think giving them Katanas and spines is great!
Small possible hotfix: For me it looks like Sting of the Wasp may be reading with the desc. of Frozen Fists. I tried selecting other powers. Power details all look good!

Haven't logged in yet, still setting up but so thankful!! will be donating when the next window opens up, and every month I am able!
I think it's great that you publish the breakdown of where everything goes, I know maintaining servers is probably taking a lot to try and keep them running smooth and it's great to see what exactly you are doing!!
question though, do you think you'll eventually legally/logistically be able to accept recurring/monthly donations? I know not everyone can afford every month but if I'm able I'd like to be able to do a small regular support so everyone can enjoy what you've done!

You can see in other posts where I talk about the patrol xp, and I'm aware. I assumed you were referencing the toggle option that was removed, which was part of the exploit. I can see where I missread what you were saying and apologize. I was wrong about what you were referring to, but stand by my other assertions whether you agree with them or not.
