  1. I managed to get it working with enough set bonuses and whatnot eventually haha, but yeah it would be nice if the cool down was just a little shorter to begin with. It honestly doesn't seem all that powerful

  3. So I've spent the last several hours on the beta server dialing in a build for permanent Gang War, and I'm satisfied with my results. Now for RP reasons, I'm trying to figure out if there's a way to proc Gang War without needing a nearby enemy targeted. I'm assuming it's not possible, but I figured I'd check and see if anyone knows something that I don't. Is there some kind of power or item that summons some sort of targetable entity on my position so that I can have Gang War up wherever I want? I'm saddened that I can't simply cast it on myself. Thanks for any help you can provide.
  4. Thanks for the tips everyone, I spent some time on mids hero designer and I think I may have a build that achieves my goals. Only thing left to do is try it out lol. Wish me luck!

I've read some older posts on here and Reddit that talk about reducing gang war's cool down to a point that effectively makes it permanent, as it's cool down would be as short or even shorter than it's duration. Supposedly, this is possible with thugs/time, but I'm relatively new to playing the game and struggle to wrap my head around the required build. I know you need more than just basic recharge enhancements, but that's where my knowledge of the game ends. In newb terms, what's the most straightforward way to achieve this, and what level does it become possible at (if not 50)?
