I thought someone might pick up on that. She's inspired by the Seers in Goldside as well as Adam Jensen.

First up, we have Blue Medusa, real name Amy Jenssen. She's augmented with neural implants giving her psionic powers, as well as a cybernetic arm. Her external spine contains the bioelectric cells required by her brain implants, as well as EMP shielding and systems which prevent her augmentations from frying her brain due to overload.

 

Next up is Teslahertz, real name Adam Lithgow. He's an augmented brute who can deliver high voltages through his cybernetic arms. He got himself a jet pack because he hates driving and thinks that the Paragon City transit system is unreliable.

 

Now for Dr. Sevchenko. He is a mad scientist specializing in cybernetics, and the arch nemesis to Blue Medusa and Teslahertz. His goons kidnapped both when they were young and performed inhumane experiments on them. Blue Medusa snapped and went on a rampage within the labs, allowing herself and Teslahertz to escape. Sevchenko, despite the setbacks of the past, continues his experiments to this day and hopes to supply Arachnos with cybernetically enhanced soldiers.

Mind you in CoH the first thing I do on female characters is shorten the legs because I swear the leg proportions are off in CoH, especially if you make a max height female character it feels like they become 80% leg.

As someone who is 80% leg IRL, I see nothing out of the ordinary here.

I hate when I go to hit alt + 1 to trigger one of my powers, only to accidently hit winkey + 1 and Microsoft Edge decides to interrupt my playing.

So far I have:

 

Blue Medusa - Dominator - Mind Control / Energy Assault - Her powers were given to her via cybernetic augmentations through experiments performed by Dr. Sevchenko.

Dr. Sevchenko - Mastermind - Robotics / Radiation Emission - Blue Medusa's arch enemy. His goons kidnapped her at a young age and performed inhumane experiments in cybernetics.

Cassidy Legett - Blaster - Dual Pistols / Energy Manipulation - Steampunk lass, haven't got a back story for her yet.

Twilight Riot - Blaster - Assault Rifle / Fire Manipulation - Rebellious lass from Praetoria, she joined and helped the Resistance. Backstory is a WIP.

Teslahertz - Brute - Electrical Melee / Electric Armour - Like Blue Medusa, Teslahertz was subject to experiments in cybernetic augmentations by Dr. Sevchenko.
