[A Dark/Regen Build]

Anybody happen to have a good build handy for Ice Armor/Stone Melee?

[Electric Armor: No Fade or Pulse, Minimal Effects]

I'd like to see minimal effects options for electric armor similar to what was done for a number of the other sets, including no fade or pulse Static Shield, even if it is PVE only.
