I always say there is really no wrong way to play as long as you are having fun and not making a nuisance of yourself to others. Some people will focus on a single toon others have a spreadsheet to keep track of their 101 total toons of which 16 are not lvl 10 yet but 54 are at 50 (you need the spread sheet because you have to keep track of the incarnates and so on, don't ask me how I know). Or use spread sheet for badges (switched to using Badger myself but have the sheet JIC). I have soloed leveled toons, used the April event for speed leveling (record of 1 to 50 in 2 hours according to in game NPC, also have 2896 hours for the leveling to 50 and while not really up to date have over 3487 hours of total played time). God I love statistics, maybe. But again play how you like that is what is great about the really good MMO's they let you do that. CoX Toon List.ods

I got it to work, cleared everything again and tried and this time it was ok, must have got a bad file unpacked or something but works fine now.

Tried to uninstall and install the newest version because my older version just bugged out. Now I get a Missing config file popup "Config file doesn't exist, generating a new one." I hit ok but then nothing happens but the popup goes away. Looking for help on this thanks.

If you do the repeatable contacts till lvl 40 (Atherton Cromwell & Sir Lionel) and wait till lvl 40 to do contacts Fireball and Trilogy which give you missions till lvl 50 and you farm these contacts you do not have to do any AE. I just got my first goldie I C Bergstrom an ice/ice tanker yesterday doing this method. During the repeatable missions levels I would accept missions from a contact and then accept from the other and either keep or abandon until I got doors very close to each other and setting up your diff would not complete the missions till I was close to the next lvl, just go from one (also abandon mission till I got one that was what I liked and was easy to rinse and repeat) too the other that resets them. Went really well seemed to level fairly fast. Did the same with Fireball and Trilogy on not completing mission till almost at next level just don't finish the mish and go from one to the other, went from 40 to 50 in a couple of days of playing after work. good luck all you people who want to keep you toons on the the gold side.
