What level Rikti? I was testing in Dark Astoria with Gravity and Electric control on Banished Pantheon. The AoE hold worked fine on level 50s, but not at all on level 54s, even though my character was level 53 Incarnate. I posted about it in the electric control feedback thread, but I see the conversation here is going similar. I don't think the aoe hold pseudo-pets are scaling with incarnate levels, making it a 50 vs. 54s, which is very reduced. If my suspicion is correct, that may be an easy fix.

I've only tested electrical control on a dominator, and so far I like the changes a lot, but I've noticed that the pseudo pet that is spawned by Tesla Coil does not appear to scale with incarnate levels. Testing in Dark Astoria, on a level 53 incarnate character, against level 50-51 mobs it practically holds the whole group to death, but if I use it on a pack of 54s, it basically does nothing but piss them off. There is a brief half second hold, and then they shrug it off and attack me. Static field seems to work okay. I honestly thought the power was completely broken, but didn't see anyone else having the same experience, so that's when I thought to test the level scaling. I just checked with gravity distortion field, and it is exhibiting the same behavior.

I'm not sure if this bug was recently introduced or if it's been this way, as I have only been recently leveling an Elec blaster. Tesla Cage in the electrical blast set has a duration of 8 seconds at level 1, and this does not scale at all with level. Most mez powers have a scaling duration that increases by 1% per level up, such that they are 49% stronger at level 50 (in this case, an 8 second hold at 1 would be 11.92 seconds at level 50). I checked with all versions of the power (sentinels, corruptors, defenders) and all of them show that the hold is only 8 seconds all the way to 50. The Electric control version of the power does not have this issue.
