[Need help with Rad/Storm build]

Hello all. Im not the best at making builds and while I am enjoying this Rad/Storm corrupter, I'm not even sure where to begin making a build for this. I like the Aoe/debuff aspect of the build the single target damage is pretty nice too, but it is an endurance hog. Any help would be greatly be appreciated

[Cant Decide on Alpha slot]

I have a dual Blades/willpower scrapper and i'm torn between either Musculature or Resilience alpha, I cant remember what I did from live and this one is my first homecoming 50, obviously I need to do a lot of farming to obtain all the inventions sets ill need so Im a little confused what to go with..What do you all think I should go for?

I played COH from Day 1 to its close and I am happy to be back. Now it would be great to find an active and diverse crew to run with. I am on US east coast time and since I work nights I can be found playing most late afternoon throughout the night on my days off. I would love to find a group of mature, very diverse group of folks who love to play and smash some baddies (or goodies depending on your preference :P) Looking forward to meeting new peoples and Ill bring the cookies....er cake.......um skittles....er maybe punch.  See ya in Paragon City!!!!
