so, the first time i tried to install it got stuck on 0%, i restarted my PC, tried again and it got stuck on 50%, again, i restarted my pc and it got stuck on 97%, again 67%. I thought maybe i need to wait more, it's been 5 hours and it's still on 67%. WTF is going on?
