Sorry if this has been addressed already, but I have a similar problem. I downloaded the PC file and ran it. No changes to the maps. No map_city_05_03.texture found in the whole PC. What am I doing wrong?

The kidnap target in this mission is not named the same as the headline in the paper. (see attached screenshot)
