    Trying to keep with the spirit of the OP's build, I put together a build with perma-Hasten, Perma-PA, and flight-cap Hover. This should provide the sources you need for Creative Chaos. Try to keep your PA focused on one target through positioning and herding with Hurricane. Ice Storm should bump your end-game DpS up significantly, although you will still be relying on pets and pseud-pets. I haven't put in an Alpha yet, but Musculature Core may be the best path now that you don't need incarnates to hit Perma-PA.

    doesnt steamy mist give a great def bonus? thats its main use for me. i would be interested to see your main ill/storm. i want to mainly solo but also be able to group thats why i have all the kb-kd slots. thank you for the help.

  3. Here's my reworked build. only have t1 ageless and t3 agility which is leaving me with a lot of end issues. im also not a huge fan of hurricane, is it droppable?

    Multiple interfaces are solid. -Regen, -Res, and -MaxHP are all good. I went with MaxHP, but I'm thinking of switching to the -Res option... -MaxHP may help more against AVs with most builds, but not necessarily with a damage-oriented build, where higher damage gets you more benefit from getting more -Res. So I'm going to switch to Musculature for more damage, and -Res to multiply it more, and see if that turns out more effective. The -Regen option isn't as good against AVs as the -MaxHP, but it does come with a side flavor of DoT which helps more in other situations. Note that any Illusion/Storm should easily cap the stacks on any of the Interface debuffs, so you're always better off going with the side that gives you a higher chance for DoT since you'll still cap out debuffs even at a lower chance. With yourself, 3 PAs, Phantasm, and 5 Tornado/Storms all making attacks that can generate the stacks, reaching the maximum stack limit is trivial.

    is there a -res cap? i feel my build has so much of it.

  5. I have been tinkering around with the build a lot and had a couple more questions. First is which interface should I go with? I saw one with a hold, does that add enough damage? I'm kind of torn on incarnates in general. Will the force feedback proc's take care of perma pa? Lastly will my defense be enough? I know I have taunt pets but i want to be able to live.

  6. I wasn't sure if the pets got the buffs from assault(thought auras might work) so thank you for that. I only slotted Spectral Terror for the ATO bonus. that seemed the only place I could put the ATO set and not lose damage.

  7. I'm feeling like I could squeeze a little more def and recharge out of this build but I'm stuck. I could see dropping leadership(not sure what I would change it to) and trying a different epic. Not 100% sure where to go with the build any more. I would love advice on incarnates as well.

  8. I'm looking to give illusion a shot i see most people advise cold as the secondary. im currently torn between cold, rad, and storm. Any advice would be helpful. i would like to be able to solo most content with some grouping mixed in. Thanks in advance.

  9. I have no critique but the build looks amazing. I was looking at playing storm in some fashion and i think you sold me on ice/storm corr. My one question is do you think fire/storm might be better aoe? I havent tried a corr yet but they are the class im looking to try out most.

  10. Personally I hate spines. mostly because of the redraw after using anything other than spines and throw spines being a cone. I would recommend rad/fire but download mids play around with it and you can end up capping fire def using mostly yellow and a couple orange sets. Im at work but I can post my cheap ss/fire (which im swapping to rad/fire really soon) and it will be the same idea really.

  11. Im trying to come up with a good character to main for pvp. I was looking at pines and fire/atom looks solid. mostly looking for thoughts on atom secondary. I mained a fire/em blaster for pvp on live. any build advice would be greatly appreciated it seems blasters have changed a ton since I played.
