I understand now, so basically if their acc is low because of -tohit, high defense would not be useful as they aren't hitting often. I don't do PVP so I don't have to worry about players spamming yellows. Pretty sure most mobs don't have rediculously high acc unless it's an AV with their resistances. May try build 2 then go from there, I'm thinking of replacing Soul Tentacles for Soul storm and drop vengeance for something else.. -
