[Blaster Fire Manipulation Secondary bug.]

When using Burn in Fire Manipulation it does damage up front and over time. The description only shows the damage over time.

 

This picture shows me hitting the pylon for 149 fire damage with my burn. and some damage over time of 6. I don't have any of my damage auras on.

 

This is the current description in game.

 

I assume this is a bug/typo since a Brute's burn does show the upfront damage.
