Project 97

I have been seeing an issue for a few weeks in which my travel popup bar does not open/close correctly. It's like it just slides slowly one direction or the other jaggedly. In the meantime it is super-imposed on top of Bar 3. Strangely, I can't get a screenshot of this because if i trigger ANYTHING outside of the game (clicking on a different window, opening up the screen-capture, etc) it immediately rights itself. Anyone else notice this?

Still love the mod tool! Thanks so much! Any plans on an SFX mod for Energy Blast, by chance?
